The harvest of months of experimentation, Rousseau’s Tropics uses the art of repoussé to create this two dimensional piece with infinite detailing. A nod to Henri Rousseau’s Tiger in a Tropical Storm, the brass artwork also has its roots in intricate textures; ones that harken back to the traditional techniques that lace 3rd and 4th Century BC Indian temple architecture.
