Lalanne's Feast

The asymmetry of this particular piece pushes against the rules of traditional structure, much like the work of the French artist duo of Claude Lalanne and François-Xavier called Les Lalanne. The split bar, made with the cutting and welding technique to get its cut-out, columned legs, is brass, with a patinated gold patina that adds to its shine.
